Getting the right amount of details and having a clear understanding of a client’s vision and goals from the beginning is the most important factor when designing a new website or a redesign. Rounds of revisions, phases of work and testing will be conducted on an online test server.

Formal meetings will take place to discuss your project in detail and clarify any technical issues including budget, timetable and corporate identity guidelines and creative goals.
After your meeting with the designer a quote will be provided.
Before we begin development we must receive a 50% deposit.
New Site Development
We create new websites with a Content Management Systems (CMS) (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Content_management_system) such as WordPress, Squarespace or Wix using a hosting provider such as GoDaddy, BlueHost to Network Solutions. These CMSs are managed by these companies which means they handled the back-end coding (HTML, PHP JQUARY & CSS). Once a theme is chosen for the website we make minor adjustment to the CSS style sheet to change the look (colors & fonts). We add plugins to change/enhance functionality. No hand coding is needed with these type of sites and they are extremely user friendly and mobile ready.
Site Redesign Development
We redesign existing sites in the same way by creating a new/beta site with a temporary domain. With existing websites, we do not work with the client’s existing hosting provider unless they already have a managed WordPress hosting site (GoDaddy, BlueHost to Network Solutions). Your new site is hosted and created on our GoDaddy account. Once the new site has been approved the old website and hosting provider account is canceled (by the client).
Your designer presents you with a link to your beta site for review and you either approve the site to go live, or discuss changes you’d like to make.
Following your review and feedback, the designer amends the website as necessary and notifies you the changes have been made. Final approval is required before the site goes live.
GO LIVE & TESTING
“Beta Testing” review on websites takes place and final Testing before Launch of site. Following your final approval the site goes live.
FINAL REVISIONS & CHANGES
After testing two rounds of revisions and corrections are made.
HOSTING & DOMAIN TRANSFER
Once the new site has been approved, gone live, tested and final revisions made the old website and hosting provider account is canceled (by the client). The domain is then transferred to the new site. Final balance is invoiced.
